The u.n.e.x.p.e.c.t.e.d.

The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed.
Most everyone that knows me, knows i totally believe that people come into our lives for a [Reason] a [Season] or a [Lifetime]

Ive met someone that stands for something. He doesn't compromise. He makes me feel whole. He makes me feel good. To be honest i don't know if i have ever really felt the way i do right now back to the day i met Christopher. He is the "Good" to my day! We could do everything in the world, or nothing at all and it doesn't change the way i feel about him. I enjoy every minute or hours with him. I don't quite know what will happen or how ill say "see you later" in 23 days.

What i do know is we can both find comfort from our best friend above by prayer.

If there is one thing a girl can not predict or analyze, it is saying goodbyes.
Everyday Chris and i make more memories to our journey and chapter together.
Scripture study. Dessert on Duval Street. Custard. Sushi. The baptism. Celebrating July 24th. 500 days of summer. Homemade Pazookies. Chinese food on the pier. Ben and Jerry date.

We laugh. Smile. Sing. Ponder.
Chris makes everything a great time!
He is the unexpected, and the hardest to forget.

24th of July.

Pioneer Day!
Utah/Home has some crazy traditional holidays, or maybe its because I'm a Mormon.
Pioneer day is an official holiday in the United States, State of U.. U.. U.. Utah!! 1847 is when the Mormon Pioneers moved into the Salt Lake Valley, continually celebrating every year since.
My roommates and I invited some of our friends from our church, and friends we have made around the island to come and do a BBQ with us on higgs beach! We had a really good time. It kinda hit all of us that night how soon our time is ending here in Key West, but all in all it was about celebrating the 24th of July with our friends that night.. and that's what we did!
Happy 24th to All!

Three. Two. One. Boating!!

One of the best days having lived on this island. A great Man from our Branch/Church Bro Knolls took us out on his boat around the island of Key west. We left at 7:00 A.M. and for 6 1/2 hours we saww the most beautiful water, sand, rocks.. and made memories with him that are great!! He took soo much time out of his day to make those memories with us girls. He did make it one of the best days.
I DO have to say it was the first time for me ever boating on the ocean.
Snorkeling. Diving. Swimming. Sharks. Starfish. Sea Shells. Sand. Rocks. Blue Water. Sea Weed. Stingray.

A day to remember.

Christopher Castillo was given the opportunity to be Baptized into the LDS Faith on Sunday July 17th. He knew what he wanted from the Inside Out! He is an amazing person, with goals, and a knowledge of the Truth. Ive been blessed to be able to build a friendship with Chris! I could not be happier for him and his decision.

Saturday Adventure.

... The Ernest Hemingway Home, right here in Key West. Joe and I went and did a tour there yesterday. Its some crazy cool history in that home. Ernest had 4 wifes! Definantly some love affair going on in his mind! Ernest was an American author and journalist. His distinctive writing style, characterized by economy and understatement,, influenced 20th-century fiction, as did his life of adventure and his public image. He produced most of his work between the mid-1920s and the mid-1950s.

 Wee wee wee. Tiny bathroom.
 Mirror shot!
Look closely... This is "Mile 0" Yes i live on an island! You can only go so far!

Painted Toms.

Paint. Paint. Paint. Yesterday was my day off and it was pouring rain almost all day. Perfect day to paint the TOMS. Sweat pants, sweat shirts, shoes, paints, colors, and music. I was in my own world.

Meet "Scott."

Sometimes in life you just have to get some necessities, Scott, paper towels, and Salsa. Just imagine me, myself, and I walking down Duval ( the MAIN street in Key West ) With THIS! I was told it was Sexy?? How can this be sexy to Anyone! Don't tell me I'm sexy when you know just as well as i do that it is freaking WIERD! If any of you know me, Salsa is my everything. I have a very very close relationship with Salsa. Its my LOVE! So you'll probably see me more than once carrying salsa... I got some great looks last night carrying this. What can i say, when you need it.. you need it

Fast Car, Tracy Chapman.

I ABSOLUTLY love this song. If you have never heard it, look it up!

You got a fast car
I want a ticket to anywhere
Maybe we make a deal
Maybe together we can get somewhere

Any place is better
Starting from zero got nothing to lose
Maybe we’ll make something
But me myself I got nothing to prove

You got a fast car
I got a plan to get us out of here
been working at the convenience store
Managed to save just a little bit of money
Won’t have to drive too far
Just cross the border and into the city
You and I can both get jobs
finally see what it means to be living

See my old man’s got a problem
He live with the bottle that’s the way it is
He says his body’s too old for working
his body’s too young to look like his
My mama went off and left him
She wanted more from life than he could give
I said somebody’s got to take care of him
So I quit school and that’s what I did

You got a fast car
Is it fast enough so we can fly away
We gotta make a decision
We leave tonight or live and die this way

so I remember when we were driving, driving in your car
Speed so fast it felt like I was drunk
City lights lay out before us
And your arm felt nice wrapped round my shoulder
And I,I had a feeling that I belonged
And I,I had a feeling I could be someone, be someone, be someone

You got a fast car
We go cruising to entertain ourselves
You still ain’t got a job
And I work in the market as a checkout girl
I know things will get better
You’ll find work and I’ll get promoted
We’ll move out of the shelter
Buy a bigger house and live in the suburbs

So I remember when we were driving, driving in your car
speed so fast It felt like I was drunk
City lights lay out before us
And your arm felt nice wrapped round my shoulder
And I,I had a feeling that I belonged
And I,I had a feeling I could be someone, be someone, be someone

You got a fast car
I got a job that pays all our bills
You stay out drinking till late at the bar
See more of your friends than you do your kids
I’d always hoped for better
But maybe together you and me'd find it
If you got no plans and ain’t going nowhere
Take your fast car and keep on driving

So I remember when we were driving, driving in your car
speed so fast I felt like I was drunk
City lights lay out before us
And your arm felt nice wrapped round my shoulder
And I,I had a feeling that I belonged
And I,I had a feeling I could be someone, be someone, be someone

You got a fast car
But is it fast enough so you can fly away
You gotta make a decision
You leave tonight or live and die this way

Happy Independance.

"Ohh say can you see"... Hmmm, where to start. The girls and I went to a party for the 4th at the Casa Marina resort here in Key West. It was a HUGE party. ( Something we all needed, especially not being with our family. ) The Casa is super nice. I just kept thinking in everything i did, Remember this moment Tim, i may never have it again.. The party was Catered, which means TONS of food! Yuuuuummmm! There was a great band that serenaded us all night. We had seats that overlooked the ocean for the fireworks. The night could not of gone more perfect. It was a beautiful night, with the best girls.
My thoughts all night:
I cant believe the giant flag!... I'm seriously spending my 4th here at the Casa in the Florida Keys... Where was I One year ago... La La la La... Ah this food is sooo good... I'm grateful for this moment... Commmee on Fireworks, start already... Wow, i live here...
